f(c) For a roof that is at least 15 years old, an insurer must allow a homeowner to have a roof inspection performed by an authorized inspector at the homeowner’s expense before requiring the replacement of the roof of a residential structure as a condition of issuing or renewing a homeowner’s insurance policy.
The insurer may not refuse to issue or refuse to renew a homeowner’s insurance policy solely because of roof age if an inspection of the roof of the residential structure performed by an authorized inspector indicates that the roof has 5 years or more of useful life remaining.

Soft Wash Roof Cleaning & Pressure Washing
Soft Wash is the same amount of pressure that comes from outdoor spigot or water hose, which is around 60-65 PSI.
This is a chemical treatment that is designed to kill all organic growth on contact (algae, mold, and mildew) that feeds on the limestone inside of the individual shingles and spores itself onto concrete tile roofing.
Soft wash roof cleaning extends the life of the roofing material, it is also recommended by the tile and shingle manufacturers for proper method of cleaning and maintenance.
Whether the roof is; shingle, metal, concrete barrel tile, clay, or a flat TPO membrane roof, Bay to Bay can restore it back to its purest natural state, in its current condition.
If you live in an HOA deed restricted community, we highly suggest Roof Maxx after you soft wash the roof. The chlorine agent that is used in the soft wash mix, unfortunately dries out your asphalt oils more rapidly, due to required maintenance. Roof Maxx is the Fountain of Youth for your roof. **HOA's call us**
We highly suggest combining Roof Maxx Roof Rejuvenation to restore and re-saturate lost oils, after cleaning. This is proven to extend roof life up to at least 5 years per treatment. This will also rejuvenate the lost oils and provide "like new" flexibility.
